We had them rebuild our shopify store from the ground up. Structurally it's solid the checkout flow performs better and we've seen a drop in cart abandonment since launch. My issue isn't really with output. It's that getting there felt like pulling teeth at times. There were stretches of two, three weeks where I'd get a response within hours, which tells me the availability was there, just not the proactiveness. For a project of this size I expected to be kept in the loop without having to ask. The platform works. I just wouldn't go in assuming the collaboration will be smooth."
